We’re looking for confident, personable, and results‑driven In‑Home Solar & Battery Sales Consultants to join our rapidly growing team. If you excel at face‑to‑face sales and enjoy educating customers about smart energy solutions, this is the perfect role for you. Solar & Battery Sales Consultants What You’ll Do Visit pre‑qualified homeowners for scheduled in‑home appointments Conduct personalized energy assessments and explain how solar + battery systems work Build trust and deliver clear, consultative presentations Create tailored proposals based on energy usage and home suitability Close deals in the home while providing a seamless, positive experience Follow up with clients and support them through the onboarding process Maintain an organized pipeline and meet monthly sales targets What We’re Looking For Proven in‑home solar sales experience is essential Strong communication and rapport‑building skills High level of professionalism and confidence in face‑to‑face interactions Ability to simplify technical information for customers Driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently Must be able to close on the day What We Offer Generous uncapped commissions – up to $4k per sale Pre‑booked and confirmed, high‑quality in‑home appointments 10‑12 confirmed appointments per week Full support from our sales operations team Opportunities for rapid career growth Company marketing materials, and proposal tools Fast installations – 3 week maximum lead time Advance on sales commissions Why You’ll Love This Role This isn’t just sales—it’s helping families lower bills, gain energy independence, and invest in the future.
