We are working on some exciting projects in 2026 and beyond and require an experienced Software Engineering. Able to lead the team and projects by example and being hands on through to delivery. You must have a minimum of 10 Years experience across all technologies below. You will be responsible for solution design/architecture, development, customization and maintenance of desktop and web applications across Payment Technologies such as payment gateway, eftpos terminals and dashboards. You must be a fast thinker, adaptable, willing to lead and the desire to please customers. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies is a must. Your role Design and Development of new features in .NET , Java & C#. Leading projects to completion Customer consultation and information gathering to improve the systems Lead and guide junior team members Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and to expectation Project Management Team Leadership and weekly team meetings Customer presentation and support the account management team Monthly status reporting to senior management Skills sought: Solid .NET SQL Server, Stored Procedures SDLC Understanding or interest in cryptography. Experience with mobile development.
