Auswide Bank, now part of the united MyState, Auswide Bank, Selfco and TPT Wealth group, is looking for a friendly, proactive and community-minded individual to join our Sugarland–Bundaberg branch as a Customer Banking Specialist. Following the merger of MyState and Auswide Bank, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional banking experiences and helping Australians achieve more. As a Customer Banking Specialist, you will work on the forefront of the branch, developing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. You will have confidence in the bank's products and will initiate conversations to understand customers' requirements, ensuring we fulfil their needs. We are looking for great communicators who are curious, eager to learn and love working with people. If you have experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role, you already possess core skills and we will provide the training and support to build your knowledge and confidence in banking. Qualifications Clear and confident communication skills to build personal connections. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Quick thinking and fast learning abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Current banking and / or lending experience is highly advantageous.
