About the role We are looking for an experienced Traffic Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic across a variety of infrastructure projects in the Sydney region. This role requires a strong focus on traffic management, site safety, and coordination to support project operations. As a Traffic Supervisor at Abergeldie, you will: Oversee and coordinate traffic control operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Monitor traffic flow and make real‑time adjustments to maintain safe and efficient site operations. Identify and report potential hazards or safety concerns to site supervisors. Work closely with site teams to ensure traffic management plans are effectively implemented. Draft Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS). Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, team members, and the public. What You’ll Bring to the Team Demonstrated experience as a Traffic Supervisor, with the ability to direct traffic in various conditions. Current Traffic Control Ticket (TCR). Current Traffic Management Implementer ticket. Must be able to draft TGSs using Rapid (Invarion) or CAD (highly preferred). Current Prepare work zone traffic management plan ticket. Valid construction safety card (White Card). Current driver’s license. Strong work ethic and a focus on safety. Flexibility to work day, night, and weekend shifts as required. This is a mobile role that requires regular travel across key project sites in Vaucluse, West Dapto, Schofields and Hunts Creek .
