Content Modeller

Overview Supporting Bupa’s ambition to be Australia‑Pacific’s most customer‑centric healthcare company, we are moving toward a Content as a Service (CaaS) model. Our content vision is to provide people with personalised and relevant content when, where, and how they need it. In the Content Architecture team, the Content Modelling Specialist will help migrate content onto a new platform, work closely with the CaaS squad, and support the rollout of an efficient content modelling system embedded into and scalable with Bupa’s design system. This includes developing a component tagging system and supporting product teams as platforms and channels are onboarded into the headless CMS. Responsibilities Build out content definitions and relationships across Bupa, advise on structure, organisation, and components, and establish a flexible and consistent content tagging system. Support the Content Governance team to establish a consistent and effective approach to content, contribute to best‑practice content processes, tools, and systems across the organisation. Collaborate with the content design team to create and deliver content design frameworks and solutions that prioritise a cohesive end‑to‑end user experience. Work within a multidisciplinary team of content strategists, UX designers, researchers, service designers, and others. Support foundational uplift in content governance and content design capability and work on other enterprise projects over time. Qualifications, Training and Experience Tertiary qualifications in journalism, professional writing and editing, or a similar communications field. At least 2 years of experience in content modelling, content design, UX content strategy, product content design, or information architecture. Demonstrated expertise in content design systems and information architecture. Experience working in a headless CMS applying CaaS methods and strategies (preferred). Traditional CMS production experience. Working knowledge of content design and governance principles. Strong background in using data and research to optimise content performance.
