About the Role This is a primarily Archicad-based position , with a strong focus on 3D modelling and visualisation, supported by the essential documentation that brings products to life. Key Responsibilities Build detailed 3D models of modular buildings and wellness products. Produce photorealistic renders in Lumion/Twinmotion (desirable). Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and layout drawings. Develop visual concepts and modular design solutions. Maintain and update our Archicad component library. Translate models into clear, accurate production information. Review customer customisations and ensure all details are documented. Assist with visual content for marketing and installation guides. Qualifications Advanced Archicad modelling and documentation skills (essential). Experience with Lumion, Twinmotion, or similar rendering software (highly desirable). A strong eye for detail, proportion, and visual quality. Ability to create both beautiful visuals and accurate technical drawings . Good communication for collaborating with overseas manufacturers. Interest in modular products, product design, and system improvement. Someone who enjoys variety, creative input, and technical accuracy. Benefits $100,000 per year + 12% superannuation Full-time role at our Molendinar office (Gold Coast). Flexible Monday–Friday start/finish times.
