We're Hiring: eCommerce Graphic Designer (Full Time, In-House) In-House | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus Package Based in Noosa, Sunshine Coast, The Lad Collective (TLC) is a rapidly growing, innovative Ecommerce home bedding brand on a mission to make the bed easy. Behind the simplicity is a high-performance, design-led eCommerce engine, and we’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join us onsite at our Noosaville HQ. This role blends brand expression, packaging design, performance creative and digital storytelling, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to see their work land in real customers’ homes. This role is built for a designer who understands how to make creative convert. Someone who balances brand aesthetics with commercial instinct. If you’re fluent in creative for Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and have an eye for packaging and branding that connects across the funnel, we want to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: Meta & Google Ad Creative Design static and responsive creative for paid ads Optimise designs for CTR, performance, and visual clarity Collaborate with our performance team on creative testing and iterations Email Design Design email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo Create reusable, mobile-first templates for promotions, loyalty, and retention Align visuals with lifecycle goals and performance metrics Packaging & Brand Design Develop packaging and unboxing experiences for eCommerce & physical retail environments Deliver print-ready files and packaging specs across suppliers Translate seasonal collections and brand tone into physical form Lead the creative direction for product development. This includes designing exclusive limited edition bedding collections & designing concepts/tech packs for new product innovation Ideating & managing/coordinating photoshoots for new product launches Website Creative Design banners, landing page graphics, icons, and more for our Shopify Plus store Optimise files for SEO, load speed, and conversion rate Collaborate with the digital team to align design with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) priorities What We're Looking For 3 years+ of experience in eCommerce or performance-focused design A portfolio that shows smart, clean, and data-aware creative Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator Experience with Meta Ads, Google Display, and Klaviyo design Experience in packaging or branding systems How We Work In-house alongside the team Report directly to our co-founders and collaborate closely with Marketing & Brand leads We work hard as a team, play to our strengths and move quick on ideas We have fun We keep it real & enjoy the ride.
