St Teresa’s Catholic College is seeking a Secondary Teacher to teach Design Technology, with the ability to teach a Senior Design Technologies subject an advantage. Key Details Location: St Teresa’s College, Noosaville (S) Start date: 21 January 2026 – 19 January 2027 Work hours: 30 Salary: $86,601 – $124,725 per annum + super (commensurate with experience) Status: Full Time Fixed Term/Variation Ad close date: 11 December 2025 Contact: About the Opportunity Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner‑centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies and practices. Proactively engaging in professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes. Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development. Ensuring that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching. About You Creating a supportive, learner‑focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum. Expertise in designing and delivering effective curriculum programmes in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Commitment to engage with colleagues, students and parents/carers to enrich learning experiences and achieve the best educational outcomes. A passion to support students' spiritual and moral development. Ability to work in the design technology workshop. No requirement to be Catholic. Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment. Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
