About the Role The Teacher reports to the Head of Campus and Area Principal and is delegated responsibility to develop and maintain learning and social inclusion responses on campus. Responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programmes for young people. Contribute to the development and implementation of the EREAFS objectives and planning. Collaborate with all staff to provide a safe, inclusive environment for teachers, students and families. Build proactive relationships with young people, families/carers and the community to achieve the best outcomes for each student. About You Certificate of Queensland Teacher Registration. Relevant qualifications and skills. High ability to develop and implement a range of learning choices to meet the diverse characteristics and learning styles of young people. Experience differentiating curriculum (ACARA, QCAA, VET) to meet student needs. Success in building relationships with young people at risk. Highly developed interpersonal skills in a cross‑cultural environment. Commitment to critical reflection and collaboration under the Four Principles of operation: respect, safety and legality, honesty and participation.
