About the Role We are looking for a Strata Manager to join our Cronulla team on a long-term basis. In this position you will manage a portfolio of diverse strata schemes, communicating daily with Owners Corporations, contractors and owners on relevant matters. You will be required to coordinate, prepare and run general and committee meetings and follow up to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner. In this role you will share an Assistant with another Strata Manager and have additional administration support to handle insurances, debt recovery, fire compliance, budgets and trust accounting for your portfolio. This is a permanent full time position (Monday-Friday) with hybrid working arrangements available after probation. The Candidate To be successful in this role you will have: thorough understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act and associated legislation; a client and team focused approach to your work; strong people and conflict management / resolution skills; a confident and energetic personality; previous experience managing a diverse portfolio of Owners Corporations; excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask; the ability to work autonomously but also be able to contribute to the culture and growth of the office; a proven understanding of relevant legislation and procedures relating to Strata Management; a valid Strata Management Licence or Certificate of Registration (must be working toward a Licence if not already obtained); a valid Australian drivers licence and daily access to a registered vehicle.
