We're a small, professional team that takes pride in delivering genuine, personalised service to our clients. With a fast-growing portfolio across Sydney and a commitment to quality service, we're now looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join us. What you'll be doing Managing day-to-day operations of strata schemes. Building strong relationships with Owners Corporations and Committees. Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes. Coordinating maintenance, compliance and insurance matters. Organising and attending meetings. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as a Strata Manager. A current Strata Licence (Class 1 or 2). Experience using StrataMax or similar platform. Strong understanding of strata legislation, regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficient in financial management, including preparing budgets and managing expenditure. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive and positive attitude with attention to detail. Australian citizenship or permanent residency status required.
