This role provides onsite and virtual outreach services to rural and remote schools in our district. We currently have multiple opportunities available in Dubbo, Narromine, Walgett and surrounding regions, with the possibility to be based anywhere in the LHD. In this role, you will be the link between schools and healthcare providers, and assist families and children navigate specialist appointments, health care providers & in-school supports. You will work closely with children who are identified as requiring additional support with their healthcare needs. This role also works as part of the wider wellbeing team across the LHD.
