Quality Assurance Manager Regional NSW (near Newcastle) Salary : $ k + Super + Relocation Sponsorship Available An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join a long-established, family-owned food manufacturing business with more than 70 years of history in Australia. The company operates a high-throughput beef processing facility that supplies both domestic and export markets, maintaining a strong reputation for consistency, food safety, and quality. This site-based role, located in regional NSW, offers the chance to join a stable and continuously growing organisation that invests heavily in quality systems and operational excellence. A very competitive salary is on offer, along with relocation support and visa sponsorship for the right candidate. About the Role Reporting to the Group Manager – Quality Assurance, you will lead the site's quality and food safety function across two shifts (day and night). You will also have: Two Direct Reports (QA Supervisors) A broader team of QA staff operating across day and night shift Responsibility for maintaining and improving all site quality systems, auditing, compliance, and customer requirements Oversight of a beef-only processing operation A full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime when production requires. Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing Strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, regulatory standards, and export compliance Leadership experience managing QA teams or supervisors Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Meat industry or primary processing experience (highly regarded) What's on Offer $135,000 – $150,000 + Super Relocation assistance for candidates moving to the region Sponsorship available for suitably qualified overseas professionals Work with an established, reputable business with 70+ years of history Regional lifestyle within easy reach of Newcastle and the Hunter Valley Please apply today or email your cover letter and current resume to Natasha Donaghy - #J-18808-Ljbffr
