At the start of your day, you’ll walk pass our award-winning nature escape (and smile), catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your special little ones. You’ll be encouraging them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning. Your Room Leader will work with you to develop individualised programs while maintaining developmental records and keeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (smiling again) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit. You’ll be great in this role if you… Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Can obtain HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012 Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds.
