We’re looking for a high‑performing Scheduler & Operations Support Coordinator with strong bookkeeping, accounts, admin, systems and people‑coordination skills to keep our office sharp and our technicians confident on the tools. What You’ll Be Doing Scheduling & Workflow Coordination Allocate daily jobs for electricians, apprentices & gate/security techs. Manage routes, timing and shifting priorities. Coordinate urgent call‑outs & emergency jobs. Maintain accurate job notes and scheduling in Simpro. Keep customers informed with proactive updates. Operations & Administration Manage phones, emails, diaries & client communication. Support quoting, invoicing & job documentation. Liaise with real estate, body corporate & residential clients. Analyse reports & performance insights to improve workflow. Refine internal systems to enhance consistency. Act as the communication anchor between office and field teams. Bookkeeping & Accounts Support Assist with Accounts Payable & Receivable. Reconcile invoices, purchase orders & statements in Xero. Assist with payroll preparation. Support month‑end processes.
