Award-winning inclusive employer. Our Opportunity: We’re seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Finance team and play a pivotal role in delivering quality services to our community. Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance Resources, manage a team of four direct reports. Lead the preparation of the annual financial report and the yearly budget. Build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting functions. Provide high quality financial advice across the organisation. Qualifications & Skills CPA / CA qualified with tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or a related discipline. Significant corporate finance experience with team leadership experience. Advanced financial management capabilities including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing external financial audits and year‑end financial processes. We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas, caring for clients within communities across the Central Highland region.
