The Opportunity We’re seeking ambitious, high-performing sales professionals to sell Supavest’s premium property investment solutions to B2B partners. This is a commission-only position with a realistic OTE of $690,000+ per year, based on achieving 15 Single-Part Contract sales per month. Key Responsibilities Sell & Close Deals – Drive sales of Single-Part Contracts and TIC Property solutions. Grow the Network – Onboard accountants, planners, brokers, and builders into our B2B partnership programs. Represent Supavest – Attend and sell at trade shows and industry events. Manage Your Pipeline – Track leads and conversions through HubSpot CRM. Maximise Earnings – Convert high-quality inbound leads into long-term partnerships. Mandatory Requirements NSW Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Agent License (required for commission-only sales). Minimum 12 months consecutive employment at Level 2 or higher within the last 3 years. Demonstrated ability to meet the MITA (Minimum Income Threshold Amount) – showing earnings of at least 125% of the minimum rate (approx. $70K for Level 2). The commission-only role is set in line with the Real Estate Award. Skills & Experience Proven closer with a strong record of exceeding sales targets. Confident and persuasive communicator, skilled in building trust with B2B partners. Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a commission-only environment.
