With a strong global track record and expanding Australian presence, our Newtown-based Sydney office is central to our next stage of growth. The Opportunity We are looking for a confident, driven Sales Executive who excels in communication, virtual meetings, and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for converting prospects into exhibitors through high-quality sales conversations and Teams meetings. This role offers a clear, fast-track pathway to senior leadership, including potential progression into Event Directorship within 18 - 24 months for high performers. What You Will Do Run high-quality sales calls, Teams meetings, and online demos with prospective exhibitors Communicate the value of our events and confidently close deals Build and manage a strong, consistent sales pipeline Research and identify new business opportunities across multiple sectors Convert warm leads in collaboration with our marketing and senior sales teams Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs Provide a polished, consultative sales experience from first contact to contract What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident in virtual sales meetings and closing conversations Proactive, results-driven and motivated by achievement Able to build rapport quickly and manage multiple priorities Strong organisational skills No degree required — attitude, energy and ambition matter most What You’ll Get $56,000 base salary Uncapped commission with realistic Year 1 OTE of $100,000–$140,000 Fast-track progression toward senior roles or Event Directorship Ongoing training, development and mentorshipA fun, ambitious and supportive team in our Newtown office Exposure to leading B2B events and major industry networks A culture that recognises and rewards top performers How To Apply Apply now with your CV and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re a strong fit for this Sales Executive role at Business Show Media. #J-18808-Ljbffr
