About the Role In this role, you will join the Growth & Origination team that is doubling down on customer obsession. The team was established to provide a differentiated service proposition for larger, complex, specialised credits in Emerging Corporate and Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and credit structuring expertise to deliver consistently high-quality and credible service offering for new-to-bank customers. Responsibilities Originating new-to-bank clients via internal & external networks across industry. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on new-to-bank prospects with typical debt requirements of approx $20 m – $500 m across specialised and diversified industries. Establish and maintain valued referral partner relationships, both internal and external. Support deal team to drive credit submission, pricing, negotiations, and documentation. Serve as deal lead and coordinate across multiple stakeholders (customers, advisors, product, legal, policy, financial crime, ESG, credit risk teams). Deliver exceptional customer experience and advocacy. Support research and networking opportunities across sectors and products to acquire new-to-bank clients. Work with deal team to train, coach and develop new entrants and existing staff. Qualifications Extensive experience in financial services, including corporate credit, private or specialised business. Strong skills in complex credit, cash-flow lending, financial modelling, transaction structuring and documentation. Can-do attitude, proactive nature, determination and a drive to win. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
