In this service, your leadership isn’t from behind a desk, it’s on the floor, in ratio, side by side with your team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll provide daily coaching, guidance, and practical support. You’ll be a familiar, trusted face for families and children, while also being the steady presence that ensures everything runs smoothly. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship, steering the course, supporting your crew, and ensuring everyone arrives safely and smiling. Responsibilities Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours Building strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders. Overseeing all communication with families and the school.
