As a Diploma-qualified educator at St Nicholas, you will play a vital role in shaping children’s early learning through thoughtful, responsive experiences. You will have the ability to evolve in your role and progress within the organisation through a variety of learning and development pathways. St Nicholas Early Education supports and partners with families to nurture and inspire children as they develop the skills to flourish at home, in care and in communities. EXPERIENCE / CRITERIA Knowledge of the stages of physical, emotional, cognitive, social and cultural development of children Knowledge of health, hygiene and the nutrition needs of children The ability to communicate effectively with children, families and staff Experience in / or interest in additional needs / challenging behaviours Demonstrated understanding of : National Quality Framework (NQF); Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF); Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting and Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices QUALIFICATIONS An approved Diploma level qualification for the purposes of the education and care services, national law and regulations Child protection qualification Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training Working with Children Check verification number If you genuinely share our passion for Childhood Education we would love to hear from you APPLY now.
