Full Time Early Childhood Educator – Oasis Early Learning Position Title: Childcare Worker - Early Childhood EducatorEmployment Type: Full‑timeEmployer: Oasis Early Learning Pty LtdLocation: 158 Bridge Road, Glebe, NSW 2037Salary: $76,500 – $78,000 We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced child‑care worker passionate about delivering high‑quality care and education across all early learning age groups—infants, toddlers, junior preschoolers, and preschool‑aged children. As a key member of our teaching team, the ideal candidate will build strong relationships with families, collaborate with colleagues, and actively contribute to the planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of our educational programs. Key Responsibilities and Duties Plan, coordinate, and implement the program with activities for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies. Organise age‑appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development. Develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families. Observe & document children’s learning and progress. Design, implement, and analyse a quality educational curriculum. Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times. Monitor indoor and outdoor play to prevent accidents and injuries. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child’s wellbeing and milestones. Encourage play‑based learning and creativity through structured and free play. Qualifications Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. At least two years’ experience educating and caring for children within the birth‑5 years age group. Current, approved Working with Children Check. First Aid Certificate. Essential Skills Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the National Regulations. Ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with children and families. Computer literate (electronic programming & portfolios). Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of child development and age‑appropriate practices.
