The Role Respond to inbound customer enquiries providing outstanding customer service. Provide accurate event information, guidance and recommendations, and an ability to complete the sale. High level of attention to detail when processing customer orders in our CRM. Act as a trusted point of contact for our customers throughout the booking process and beyond. Our Ideal Candidate A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role. Experience in sports or travel sales is beneficial, but not essential. A proven track record in sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a polished and professional demeanor. The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
