The Role We’re seeking a Clinical Study Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of trials. This role blends clinical work, theatre attendance, trial coordination, and patient‑facing responsibilities with some schedule flexibility to support our international partners. You’ll work approximately 15 hours across the week (one WFH day included), plus ad‑hoc weekend theatre support for procedure days. Key Responsibilities Support weekend procedure days in theatre (often with early 6:00am starts ). Collect accurate intraoperative data , complete source documentation and upload records. Maintain high‑quality data entry in EDC systems . Provide regulatory support , file management, and study documentation upkeep. Coordinate patient visits and follow‑ups but schedule them around your days on site. Liaise with investigators, clinical staff, and sponsors. Contribute to a positive and proactive team environment. Experience & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; ideal for someone seeking a well‑paid return to a combined clinical/administrative role. Experience in Cath Lab , theatre, or procedural environments is advantageous but not essential . Comfortable with intraoperative data capture and interacting with patients in a research setting. Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills. Previous experience with clinical trials, EDC platforms. What We Offer A flexible schedule—choose your weekdays .
