As Senior Partner – Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping how we source and manage a diverse supplier base — from lawn maintenance to specialist allied health services — these all contributing to our purpose. You will lead a highly engaged and passionate small team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Head of function to enable smarter, more efficient procurement practices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to an evolving procurement function. If you’re ready to innovate and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. Your Role Lead and mentor your team, support their development and career goals. Partner with departments across the business to identify and deliver strategic procurement opportunities. Support senior leaders with both strategic advice and operational execution. Enable initiatives that improve efficiency and smarter procurement, using technology and best practice. Manage relationships across a diverse supplier base and navigating government-funded schemes and private sector partnerships. You’ll Bring A degree in a commercial or supply chain discipline (e.g., Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Contract Management) — desirable. Proven experience in procurement, commercial, or category management in a fast-paced organisation, or leading a centralised procurement function in a large, human services business. Experience working in regulated industries and understanding public-private sector relationships. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities. A leadership style that inspires and supports others. Alignment with integratedliving’s values and purpose-driven culture. Your Reward and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 plus super, depending on experience and qualifications.
