About The Facility Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities across the region. About Paediatric Ward Children’s Services at University Hospital provide care to the Geelong community and surrounding areas. The ward is a 28‑bed unit caring for infants, children and adolescents with medical and surgical conditions, with family‑centred care and a playroom. About The Role We are seeking a Ward Clerk to join our Children's Ward for a fixed‑term part‑time position (10 hrs per week). The role will include Monday‑through‑Sunday AM & PM shifts. Responsibilities include providing high‑standard support to patients, visitors and caregivers and directing queries appropriately. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge of medical terminology, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy workload.
