Our client in the non-bank lending space, are looking for a skilled AI Leader/Manager who will be responsible for the whole end-to-end AI platform, program and strategy from ideation to architecting and deployment. The role will focus on how to implement and embed a strategic AI program across the business. Responsibilities Create the pathway for the wider use of AI across the business Understand market opportunities via Technology or commercial use cases developments and look for methods to embed them across the business Demonstrated experience to set a long-term vision and roadmap for AI and data in line with business strategy and understanding of regulatory obligations and ethical considerations in AI and data use. Extensive expertise in AI strategy, platforms, and products including LLMs, intelligent agents, IDP, and conversational AI. Mentor team, elevate coding standards, and foster a culture of experimentation with rigor. Implement clean, scalable architectures for AI/ML services using SOLID principles and proven design patterns. Skills and Experience Proven track record designing and implementing robust MLOps frameworks and platforms at enterprise scale. Experience in designing cloud-based AI architectures on platforms like Azure or AWS. Strong understanding of current GenAI capabilities and emerging AI technologies Strong grasp of clean architecture, design patterns, and testing strategies. Deep experience with ML algorithms, deep learning, and reinforcement learning for decisioning/optimisation. Proven track record with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and advanced RAG system design. Familiarity with multimodal models for document understanding and customer interaction. Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code.
