Senior GenAI Software Engineers – Banking Cybersecurity x 2 Are you a senior developer experienced in building and deploying enterprise-scale GenAI solutions? Stack: Python, C# (or Java, Typescript), AWS Cloud, Docker & Amazon ECS, Amazon Bedrock services, including Knowledge Base, Google ADK, LLM Gateways (such as LiteLLM), AI Observability platforms (e.g. Langfuse & HoneyHive), LangGraph & SageMaker. Do you understand how transformers work, what’s under the GenAI hood, ML fundamentals, and how to apply feedback loops and non-deterministic testing in real-world systems? Our client is a consultancy whose team is embedded in one of Australia’s leading banking and finance brands. Within the fraud, scam, and cybersecurity area, they are looking to add two more senior developers to the existing team. This is an ongoing core program, likely to offer a long-term engagement. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI applications, models, and pipelines (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, transformers). Design, develop, and implement agentic solutions and contribute to the GenAI platform ecosystem (e.g. GenAI Studio, Secure Studio, Assistant, Gateway). Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to turn business problems into AI-powered solutions. Lead design discussions, mentor junior engineers, and promote responsible AI practices. Develop reusable templates, cookbooks, and frameworks for GenAI deployment. Required Skills & Experience You must have demonstrable enterprise GenAI solution deployment experience. Banking experience will be highly regarded. 7+ years in enterprise software development (Python, .NET, Java, React, TypeScript, etc.). Proven GenAI deployment experience in production environments. Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise security. Strong understanding of transformers, fine‑tuning, and prompt engineering. Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks. Banking, fraud detection, or conversational AI experience is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
