Lamborghini Sydney is looking for a Cadet Service Advisor. If successful, you will be joining a team of great people working with some of the most exciting and well known automotive brands in the world. In this role you will: The position ensures that day to day efficiencies are maintained on a job by job basis. You will also provide effective communication to the respective personnel regarding time management on repairs and communicates this to the Service Manager. Ensure all warranty policy and procedures are followed at all times. Ensure a certain standard of work is carried out in the service department in accordance with dealership standards. Perform any other duties as directed or assigned to the position from time to time. Communicate with customers internal and external in a professional and timely manner. To be considered for the role, you will have: Technical automotive experience gained from within a retail environment and preferably within a prestige environment. Mechanical/Automotive trade qualification or Service Advisor/Warranty administrator qualification. (preferred but not essential). Strong delegation and prioritization skills. Articulate, with excellent written and oral communication skills. Proactive in developing processes and providing solutions to challenges within the Service Department.
