02 May 2023 Sales Cadet | Mainfreight Wharf Sydney Application Code : MWFSYD173 We are looking for a driven, energetic & passionate person to join our rapidly growing team as Sales support at Mainfreight Wharf, Banksmeadow. The Sales Support role is a pivotal part of the Sales team. Working closely with both areas of our sales team presents multiples opportunities to gain experience and create pathways into Customer Development Executive or Business Development Executive roles for someone possessing the right attitude. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative & customer service aspects of accounts, preparation of commercials, understanding the intricacies of each customer’s profile and how we can add value throughout their supply chain. Duties & Responsibilities Day-to-day contact for our customers and other Mainfreight teams Assisting in the preparation of commercials Supporting in account set-up and updates; implementation, and rate review Managing a portfolio of accounts (Telesales) Skills & Attributes Have strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical with strong attention to detail & accuracy Ability to work both independently and as a team player Enjoy and be confident when interacting with customers Experience While a strong understanding of our business is preferred, it is not essential. The ideal applicant will possess a hunger to further build their understanding of our supply chain whilst motivated to create and build new and existing relationships across our brands.
