Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations, people leadership, sales and other KPIs of the parts department. You will oversee a team of approximately 30 employees, including an Assistant Manager.Duties & responsibilitiesDevelop appropriate marketing programs to assist in the achievement of financial targetsDrive quality effective processes to ensure manufacturer quality standards are adhered toRegularly review and analyse department performanceEnsure manufacturer/franchise relations are maintained to the highest standardsOversee and maintain with maximum accuracy all clerical functions within the departmentEnsure customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficientlyRegularly review targets and results and implement appropriate corrective actionsRegularly review and maintain sensible fair pricing structuresEnsure all records of the department are kept in accordance with company policy and legislative requirementsSkills & experienceDemonstrated leadership experienceDemonstrated business acumenExperience in the automotive industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent written, verbal and time management skillsAbility to use Microsoft Office and software programsCompetitive remuneration package including commissionFully maintained company vehicle, on site parkingExcellent working conditions, including regular staff engagement and wellness initiativesIf you have the skills and experience necessary and want to become an important part of our successful team then please apply and submit your cover letter and resume.
