About the Role As an Apple & Samsung Device Technician , you’ll report directly to the Store Manager and become the go‑to expert for repairing and restoring the most in‑demanded devices in the world. But this role is more than just tools and repairs – you’ll engage customers, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that genuinely improve their tech lives. You’ll be trained in sales, negotiation, and customer experience so you can build long‑term relationships and grow your own client base – all while being backed by our proven systems and a team that wants to see you succeed. You’ll also have a say in shaping what we do next – from innovating service offerings to contributing ideas that impact the future of the business. What We’re Looking For Technical experience: At least 1 year repairing phone or tablet hardware (Apple & Samsung preferred). PC repair experience a bonus but not essential. Sales mindset: Previous sales experience is desirable, but if you’re passionate and driven, we’ll train you. Reliability: Solid job tenure and a track record of being dependable. Problem solver: Ability to diagnose and fix issues on time and on budget. Team player: Can work both independently and collaboratively.
