We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work with a small team, responsible for a shopping center in the northern suburbs. Key Responsibilities will include: Managing approximately 100 tenants Liaison with tenants, owners and third parties Collection of rent and management of rental arrears Maintenance schedules management Routine inspections and repairs Liaison with social media team and & other advertising specialists The successful applicant will have: At least 2 year's experience as a property manager in commercial real estate A motivated "can-do" attitude Ability to lead a team in the future We are offering an attractive package for the right person at an incredibly multiculturally diverse center with lots of food and beverage tenancies.
