About the Role: Transport & Distribution Worker (Grade 4) This is no desk job. You’ll be part of a fast‑moving logistics team that keeps our supply chain humming—delivering lobsters, bait, and gear to depots and fishermen up and down the coast. $41.23/hour + penalties + overtime Lift, load, and move baskets up to 30kg Drive GFC delivery trucks (HR licence required) Based in Geraldton, with travel across WA’s coastline What You’ll Need HR Driver’s Licence Ability to pass: National Police Clearance Pre‑employment medical Alcohol test before each shift Random drug testing Comfortable working with seafood/shellfish Able to lift and move up to 30kg (dual‑person lifts available) Manual handling and load securing Commercial driving experience Calm, diplomatic communication style Basic literacy, numeracy, and paperwork completion Willingness to wear PPE and follow safety protocols Experience in seafood, or transport environments.
