Diploma of Financial Counselling (completed or currently studying) Minimum 12 months’ experience as a financial counsellor Eligibility for FCANT membership Experience supporting vulnerable or disadvantaged clients Ability to provide trauma-informed, empowering support Strong communication, advocacy, and time-management skills Highly regarded: Experience in community legal, community services, or not-for-profit settings Understanding of First Nations and CALD communities Applicants must hold a current C Class Driver’s Licence and be able to provide, or obtain, a Working with Children Clearance and a National Police Check.
