Whether you're already teaching or fresh from the construction field, we provide professional development and teaching support to help you succeed in the classroom #RegionalJobs As a Construction Teacher , you will deliver high-quality training and assessment in Civil Construction and Pre-Apprenticeship programs to adult learners within a correctional setting. Your role will include: Delivering accredited civil construction and pre-apprenticeship training aligned with industry standards and safety regulations. Supporting learners to build confidence and competence in construction skills and workplace readiness. Maintaining accurate records of student progress, assessments, and compliance documentation. Creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment that supports diverse learner needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team committed to providing vocational education that empowers learners and contributes to safer communities. What We’re Looking For: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122) OR currently enrolled and completing. Relevant and current civil construction experience (essential). Experience delivering training in adult education or vocational settings (beneficial but not essential). Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a correctional environment.
