Steady project pipeline, high quality projects across various sectors Immediate start Strategic leadership role with impact & growth About Us : An established construction company with a growing presence in South Australia is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction and multi-storey projects. With a solid pipeline of secured work across metro Adelaide, this is a long-term opportunity with a builder known for quality, structure, and professionalism. The Role : As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing mid-rise commercial projects from initial groundworks and structure through to final handover. You'll work closely with a strong delivery team to drive progress on-site, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities : Oversee all on-site activity from basement and structure through to completion Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers Ensure compliance with company OH&S systems and relevant legislation Monitor and maintain project timelines and milestones Maintain daily site records, reporting, and documentation Collaborate with the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and consultants Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or multi-storey builds Strong structural understanding - concrete, steel, and framing systems Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction Demonstrated success delivering projects in the $10M-$40M range Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, safety, and compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills Carpentry or trade background highly regarded Why Join This Builder?
