BBB Remote Site Services are seeking experienced Chefs to join our tight-knit team at one of our DIDO sites. Principally an 8 and 6 role, the successful applicants will be key to ensuring high quality provision of breakfast, crib lunch and dinner for up to 50 - 200 persons with the support of the on-site team. The successful candidates will also possess the experience and capability to manage the delivery of services at camp. Responsibilities Direct engagement and communications with client management Oversight and management of BBB camp staff including utilities, apprentices & trainees Promote a safe working place with a focus on employee health & wellbeing Maintain a high level of Customer and Staff satisfaction About Us BBB Remote Site Services is a WA company specialising in the provision of temporary and fixed term remote sites, the provision of camp management and catering services and the rental of commercial site caravans and portable buildings for all applications. Our customers are predominantly in the mining, construction and agriculture sectors. BBB is a Centurion Group company who are a global leader in the supply of rentals and services to critical industries. About You Your experience will be invaluable in the day-to-day operation of one of our remote sites. Your outstanding communications skills and rapport with personnel at all levels will promote customer satisfaction and contribute to the security and growth of our Remote Site service operations. You take pride in being an “all-rounder” and ensuring a great camp experience for our clients. Essential Criteria for this Role Fluent in verbal and written English with good communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of Food Safety and OH&S Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability Well versed in Western Style Cooking Applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia. The successful applicant may be required to report to and return a satisfactory pre-work medical, including lab drug and alcohol screening prior to engagement.
