Responsibilities Plan and undertake testing by writing and executing functional and non-functional tests, including debugging and refactoring test code to ensure high quality and fit‑for‑purpose code and processes. Investigate problems, analyse options, and provide recommendations for new and existing services, initiatives, strategies, and products to improve compliance, effectiveness, and risk management. Translate complex analysis into meaningful insights and recommendations that effectively influence a diverse range of stakeholders with varying expectations. Provide direction and guidance to the team to resolve identified defects and improve system development quality. Conduct assessments to evaluate the implications of proposed changes and document business rules, functions, and requirements. Support the delivery of complex programs and initiatives to realise efficiencies and benefits in a fast‑paced, agile, high‑volume environment. Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to gain specialist and business knowledge and facilitate scoping and setting of business priorities. Qualifications Experience in digital projects as a test analyst or in a quality assurance role. Problem‑solving ability to think through ambiguity and lead others to achieve business outcomes. Experience in a regulatory and government environment. Experience working with complex and diverse stakeholder groups. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Proven capability to present complex technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. Experience conducting workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
