Role Overview The Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role within the marketing team, helping to execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support the business’ sales and distribution goals. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail‑oriented individual looking to grow their marketing career within a well‑established, fast‑paced organisation. Key Responsibilities Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels Conduct market research, track industry trends, and compile insights to support product and marketing decisions Support customer service and sales teams by preparing marketing materials, product information, and promotional assets Coordinate with the sales team on product launches, merchandising support, and retailer marketing initiatives Help create, proofread, and manage marketing collateral—including product guides, brochures, digital content, and POS materials Maintain organised records of marketing assets, product images, and brand resources Assist with product photography, content updates, and website maintenance as required Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Logistics) and external partners to ensure smooth project execution Support event planning, trade shows, and retailer engagement activities Contribute to administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and updating databases Qualifications & Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally Experience conducting market research and analysing data or customer feedback Understanding of marketing, sales, or brand functions (experience in FMCG or retail is a plus) Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution‑focused approach Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, email marketing tools, Canva, CMS) is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or customer service is beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
