We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant with energy, ideas, and a get-it-done attitude to help tell our story, grow our brands, and make magic happen across our venues. What You’ll Do Plan and roll out creative marketing campaigns for hospitality, events, retail and accommodation. Manage digital channels — socials, EDMs, website, and content. Assist on photoshoots, events, and activations. Keep our marketing calendars and campaigns running smoothly. Bring bold ideas that drive buzz and brand love. What You’ll Bring 2+ years’ marketing experience (hospitality, events, or lifestyle a bonus). Hands‑on digital marketing and content creation skills. A positive, proactive attitude and passion for great guest experiences. Work from the iconic Coogee Bay Hotel (yes, right across from the beach).
