About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Assistant? Brand & LAM to support the Jamaica Blue Brand team on key projects that drive customer count, sales, and average transaction value across our franchise network, with a strong focus on Local Area Marketing (LAM). You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Head of Brand, and Marketing Executives to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, support new product launches, and help implement data‑driven strategies that grow the brand and business profitability. Key Responsibilities Execute national marketing campaigns across franchise, company-owned, hospital, and transit sites. Work with individual Franchisees to develop and execute LAM activities. Support the Brand Team in delivering key projects – including new menu launches, photo shoots, and value campaigns. Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Coordinate cross‑functional meetings, take notes, and distribute minutes. Collaborate within internal teams (Digital, Product, Operations, Analytics, IT) and external agencies (creative, media, packaging, printing). Assist in budget tracking and supplier estimates. Analyse sales, brand health, and market insights to support strategic recommendations. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years’ experience in marketing or communications (QSR or FMCG experience highly regarded). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights. Excellent project management and organisational skills. High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. A proactive, team‑oriented attitude and self‑motivation. Cafe or casual dining experience (operational or marketing) highly regarded.
