About the Role This entry‑level role is designed to launch the career of a student entering their final year of university in 2026, student ready to apply academic knowledge in a dynamic industry setting. We’re seeking a highly motivated student with strong potential, proactive intuition, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Direct experience isn’t required – what matters most is your enthusiasm and mindset. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the development and delivery of marketing content across external channels, as well as assist with event and conference coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, the ability to interpret and summarise analytics reports, and confidence in handling approvals, invoices, and logistics such as courier arrangements. You’ll be continuously learning in this role, with the Westpac team committed to supporting your development throughout your journey.
