About the Opportunity: We are looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our team at Carlotta. Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively. The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Experience as a Chef in a premium a-la-carte venue Pasta and Grill section experience is advantageous Mediterranean cuisine experience highly regarded Strong culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure Team oriented and strong communication skills A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards Eye for detail and strong time management Knowledge food safety standards Genuine interest in the day-to-day operations Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts Working with Lucas Collective: At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
