Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen. Must be able to work in fast‑paced environment. You will possess a positive and motivated work ethic at all times and be able to endure the physically demanding nature of the role. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment advantageous Demonstrated organisational, time management skills Ability to endure the repetitive and physically demanding nature of the role Ability to learn on‑the‑fly and follow instructions effectively Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Possess a positive “can do” attitude Available to work a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
