About the Role A Teaching Specialist (Academic), the Lecturer in Medical Education plays a key role in delivering high‑quality, student‑centred education within the College of Medicine and Public Health. The position focuses on teaching and curriculum innovation, contributing to the University’s strategic goal of producing career‑ready graduates through engaging, technology‑enhanced learning experiences. The role involves independent contributions to teaching excellence, curriculum development and service to the University and broader community. Responsibilities Deliver inspiring and innovative teaching in medical and/or medical bioscience topics across various levels and modes. Design, review and enhance curricula to support student success and critical thinking. Provide academic counselling and professional guidance to students. Contribute to university and community service, including professional engagement and committee participation. About You / Qualifications PhD or EdD in a relevant health‑related field. Proven excellence in tertiary teaching and curriculum innovation. Skilled in e‑learning technologies and student‑centred approaches.
