It is at the heart of everything we do. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lecturer to lead interprofessional education within the College of Medicine and Public Health. This teaching-specialist role focuses on delivering excellence in medical and bioscience education, curriculum innovation, and educational leadership. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping interprofessional learning experiences, enhancing student success, and contributing to the strategic goals of the University. This is a continuing, full-time position offering the opportunity to influence future healthcare education through collaborative and forward-thinking approaches. Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of interprofessional education across medical and bioscience programs. Coordinate and teach topics using innovative, student-centred approaches and advanced learning technologies. Provide academic leadership in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and educational best practices. Engage in professional and community service, fostering partnerships that enhance student employability and global engagement. About You You are a passionate educator with a strong foundation in health or medical sciences and a commitment to interprofessional learning. With a track record of excellence in teaching and curriculum innovation, you bring leadership, creativity, and a student-centred approach to everything you do. Your ability to collaborate, communicate, and inspire makes you a key contributor to academic and community engagement. PhD or equivalent in a relevant health or medical field; education qualifications in interprofessional learning highly desirable. Proven excellence in tertiary teaching, curriculum design, and course coordination. Strong leadership in educational innovation, including use of online platforms and contemporary pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with national/international engagement in professional domains.
