Our KPMG Mid-market & Private Advisory team provides strategic level advice and support to a range of clients spanning government and mid‑sized listed and privately held organisations, supporting the office of the CFO on finance operations and transformation and enterprise planning programmes. We know that transformation requires people who are results driven, have insight into the strategic and tactical levers that drive organisational success and build resilience, understand project management principles, have knowledge and experience in finance and accounting operations, are prepared to think critically and who are committed to helping our clients navigate an ever‑changing landscape. We’re seeking a talented Manager to join our growing Enterprise Planning and Solutions Advisory team. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone passionate about contributing to the growth and development of advisory focussed on supporting the office of the CFO with data driven solutions and enterprise‑wide planning projects. The role offers a clear pathway to senior leadership and market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a high‑performing team across diverse advisory projects Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement Drive strategic planning and articulate key financial and operational insights Manage client relationships and internal workflows with clarity and confidence Present to senior stakeholders and contribute to business development initiatives Support the growth of our EP&S market presence and advisory capability How you are extraordinary? Strong people management skills (not necessarily direct line management) Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles Broad knowledge and or experience in finance, accounting and business data concepts. Exposure to ERP and or EPM solutions and ability to deal with complexity and bring ideas to deliver quality outcomes Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills Ability to manage time and team workflows effectively Qualifications Tertiary‑level education in commerce, business, accounting, computer science, technology or similar degrees Professional qualifications CA/CPA desirable Additional Information KPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
