We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced retail professional to step into the role of Associate Store Leader at one of our corporately owned stores in Westcourt , Qld . This full‑time position is your launchpad into store leadership. What you’ll be doing Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory, receiving, and merchandising Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation Support sales performance and implement promotions Step up as Acting Store Leader when required What we can offer you Permanent full‑time role at $29.51/hour + 12% super + penalties Paid training, including your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Career development pathways to Store Leader and Support Office roles Access to a holistic wellbeing platform supporting your mental, physical, and personal health Enjoy free coffee, Slurpees, and early access to exclusive products As part of our recruitment process, you'll be invited to complete a 45‑minute online assessment designed to align your skills with the role's requirements.
