We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced retail professional to step into the role of Associate Store Leader at one of our corporately owned store in Smithfield, Qld . This full-time position is your launchpad into store leadership. What you’ll be doing Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory, receiving, and merchandising Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation Support sales performance and implement promotions Step up as Acting Store Leader when required What we can offer you Permanent full-time role at $29.51/hour + 12% super + penalties Paid training, including your Food Safety Supervisor Certificate Career development pathways to Store Leader and Support Office roles Access to a holistic wellbeing platform supporting your mental, physical, and personal health Enjoy free coffee, Slurpees, and early access to exclusive products As part of our recruitment process, you'll be invited to complete a 45-minute online assessment designed to align your skills with the role's requirements. Successful candidates will use this assessment to shape their onboarding and development plans at 7-Eleven. Regardless of the outcome, you'll receive a confidential report detailing your performance Please note that Support Office will be closed for the Christmas period from 24 December 2025 and will reopen on Wednesday, 7 January 2026 .
